Maria works in the community and has a true passion for care work, always going the extra mile for both our clients and our team. Last month, Maria went above and beyond (as she so often does!), and was recognised for her dedication, spirit, and kindness. Truth be told, Maria could be Employee of the Month every single month—she’s that much of a star.
To show our appreciation, we presented Maria with a lovely big bottle of gin (her favourite!) and a bunch of flowers. She brings so much energy and fun to the team, is always the life and soul of the party, and is never afraid to stand up for anyone who needs it. Maria is strong, care-driven, and a true “team mumma”—the epitome of “teamwork makes the dream work.” She even hosted a garden party for us last month and is always organising ways for everyone to have fun. We all think she’s the bees knees!
