With her health declining, her eyesight and memory have faded, making it harder for her to recognise faces. Yet, there is one thing she never fails to recognise: the aquamarine scrubs of her Green Ladies.
For this lovely lady, our uniform is more than just clothing—it’s a symbol of care, compassion, and safety. The sight of the familiar aquamarine colour instantly puts her at ease, letting her know that she is in the hands of people who will meet her needs with love and kindness. Recently, one of our team members attended to her without wearing their uniform. This small change unsettled her, highlighting just how much comfort and security our uniform provides.
