Mich is one of those people who sees something needs doing and she simply rolls up her sleeves and gets stuck in. No fuss, no fanfare, just proper, down-to-earth care with a HUGE heart

Over the years we’ve been through so much together and dealt with so much as a team, and Mich has been right there with us through it all. She’s the sort of person who shows up with a calm head, a kind word, and the willingness to go the extra mile when it matters most. She’ll quietly save the day without any desire for recognition, and so many of our clients and families have said the very same.

Whether it’s a Saturday, a Sunday, or Christmas Day… even when she’s been on her feet all day, it makes no odds, she’ll still do that little bit more to make sure someone is safe, fed and cared for. That’s just who she is. A super star!
