Recently, we put up a post across our social media channels asking for more bank carers to join the Sarnia Carers team. We’ve been absolutely blown away by the number of wonderful people who reached out and applied!
It’s been fantastic to see so much interest in becoming part of the Sarnia Carers family, and we’re delighted to have already welcomed some new faces to our team.
With so many applications to go through, we want to be open about our process. Induction and onboarding at Sarnia Carers is a careful and thorough journey—it takes time and resources to make sure every new team member is fully supported and ready to deliver the best care possible. Because of this, we won’t be able to bring new staff on board immediately, but please know that we are still keen to hear from caring, dedicated people.
A quick reminder: we’re unable to help with work permits or applications from non-drivers at this time. We know this will be disappointing for some, and we wish we could help everyone, but these requirements are essential for our service.
If you’ve applied and don’t hear back, please don’t lose heart. The response has been so overwhelming that we simply can’t reply to every message, but we truly appreciate the time and effort put into every application.
